Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Had two or three seperate interviews along with a drug test.
Was pretty much hired after the second interview- third was for drug testing and to tell me my salary and benefits package.
Met a few of the co-workers, had a ride day. I cannot remember all of the specifics as I had interviewed almost 2 years ago.

Everyone was very nice and the interview was not difficult. After going through a phone with a recruiter and then an in person I felt that I could make better $ other places. The office solution industry isn't the most exciting.....

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
I had an initial call back/phone interview to review my qualifications, after talking to HR I was scheduled for a 1on1 with the Account Manager, he was nice, well spoken, and allowed for a relaxed atmosphere. I was told by a family friend who works for Ricoh that I needed to end the 1 on 1 with a field ride with a rep. After the interview which took around 30-40 minutes he said there was a rep i might be interested in riding with if I wanted, I was pleased to be invited back.
About a week later I returned and met the rep at 9am for "a day in the field," which served to show prospects what was involved, the rep introduced me to the others in the office and even took me out to lunch (mind you the field ride was all day). When we returned I had all my questions answered about the position, responsibilities, and pros/cons of the job, and let me know he would tell the manager how attentive to the position i was.
The last, and personally most nervous part of the hiring process, was with the branch manager. I had to set up a 5-8 slide presentation about why they should hire me, I came in thinking this is it, one last interview, but as i was getting started the manager blatantly interrupted me, I mean, he completely cut me off a minute in. I was taken back but let him take the reigns. He described the company and asked what I could offer, what makes me personally more motivated, and other behavior/personality questions. After about 15 minutes of the back and forth I continued with my presentation, afterwards he said he need a minute to discuss with the account manager. After about 10 minutes they both returned and offered me the job on the spot.
My advice, do the research, and dress to impress. Have fun with it and stand out.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took 2 days)
The interview was very laid back. It went very smoothly and I was told that she was going out of town the next week and would give me a call to set up my second interview when she returned. I never heard anything back so I waited about 2 more weeks and emailed. I thanked her in the email for taking the time to interview me and asked if I was still being considered for the position. The reply I received didn't answer my question. It just said "We are still in the interview process."
