Interview was one on one. A bit like pinball, he talked, I talked, he talked, I talked.
Their office is very new and updated.
Be prepared to answer job related questions and do not be afraid of being blunt.

Very professional interview. First there was an assessment tests that test your basic reasoning abilities, somewhat similar to IQ tests. After that, there was an arithmetic test which consisted of a lot of basic arithmetic questions like 5% of (46 * 32) - 0.37 * 4, without using a calculator of course. Finally there was a sequence test which tested your ability to identify the sequence in a series of numbers. Other than these tests there was a fairly standard interview, asking the usual questions.

Overall a good experience. I had an on campus interview, a skills test, and then an onsite interview. The on site interview consisted of three sperate interviews, programming style, algorithms, and hr. The primary language used at the company is java. The interview is done in either java or c++.

Very friendly people. Interview process is short, but fun! Trading simulation, mental math, interviews with HR and current traders. Happy hour at the end of the day or the night before, depending on when you interview. Don't get overwhelmed by the trading simulation--they want you to have fun with it. The culture is very laid-back, but everyone seems to work really hard because they enjoy what they are doing.

First was asked to take the online test. Consisted most of numerical questions and abstract reasonaing problems.
Second, on site interview with HR and a trader(they cane to my school). Asked mostly behavioral and fit questions. Got rejected on the same day.

Before the in person interview, they made me take two online tests, one was basic logic and the other was math/graphs. Both were pretty easy. After that, I was contacted for an in person interview. Typical interview questions plus a brainteaser. My interviewer seemed like she was rushing through the interview though, so it wasnt a very good experience

I had a 30 minute interview with an HR person. She started off with a brainteaser which sort of difficult. Afterwords, she asked some generic question, for example why do I wan tot do trading, what is the expected value of smth, draw a parallel between standard deviation and risk and etc.
