Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IMF (Washington, DC) in May 2014.

Interview

Initial phone interview gauging background in Excel 2007. Second Interview at IMF in front of a panel of support specialists with a 90 minute advanced excel test. Oral interview was easy and nothing unusual but Excel test was fairly challenging for someone with only academic and not professional experience using the program.
