Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 days)
Easy interview great people all of the questions were fairly easy to answer as long as you acted like yourself. Didn't take the job because it was in a location that i did not want to be in.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in San Francisco, CA (took a day)
They really want to know what you know about the company and why you are interested. What makes your passionate about the company and position. It was a smaller office and about a half hour long interview.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
First there was a writtern application with competency based questions, then a phone interview followed by an invitation to the assessment centre. The assessment centre involved an ice breaker, group presentation, memory task, written task and then a half an hour interview after. The people were quite friendly, I didn't get any further though.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 4 weeks)
Response to application was very fast - the day after I applied. Initial communication was a phone screening and the in-person interview was scheduled for the next day.
First impression - the receptionist was surprisingly unprofessional and unpolished. Did not speak upon my entering (despite my speaking first), smacking gum, on the phone with a friend, had headphones in. I was taken aback by this because my first impression of the agency was expected to be much sleeker than this. Also surprised to complete a paper application.
Meetings with HR and Hiring Manager went well. Both were very professional, enthusiastic, and kind. They seemed genuinely happy to have me there. Questions about my background, experience, and fit, "Why IMG?", why I was looking for a change, and salary expectations were asked.
Next visit to the office was for a meeting with Hiring Manager's boss- who was a fantastic and smart person to speak with. That interview was very conversational and mutually respectful. Very positive all around.
Open-air workspaces with offices lining the walls. Generally a mild environment (not loud) when I was there.
HR was very responsive and kept me in the loop about response delays, etc. - this was VERY positive because most companies don't bother to acknowledge your wait or continued interest in the outcome of the interview.
