Interviewed Jan 2007 (took a day)
The interview started in a group setting where you and about 4 others work on a PowerPoint presentation. I was then interviewed by a panel of three people in a separate room for about 30 minutes. The questions were pretty general and more focused on more background and interest in the company. The presentation was a case study analysis on how to address a company's organizational needs, followed by Q&A by the interview team. Overall, it was about 3 to 4 hours, but it went pretty smoothly.

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took a day)
Easy case question/market sizing, good to have knowledge about current trends in pharma industry. Other than that just good to know about the company and be prepared for behavioral questions and explain why you have interest in health care.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
I had a personal interview at their headquarter, met the HR and 2 consultants. There was one hour of interview over my past experiences and one hour a case study. After, I had to present the solution to the case in front of the interviewing team. The time was short and I didn't manage to finish the answer to all the questions.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Parsippany, NJ (took a day)
The initial engagements are executed by by the human resources department to set up an interview with the group manager and the department director or senior manager; this takes about one to two weeks to set up, possibly longer during the summer when everyone is on vacation. Initially, the interview focuses on your resume and questions your experiences as they may relate to the job position you are interviewing for. They also ask about your perception of the company and your goals and expectations. The interview lasts approximately 40 minutes, once complete they walk you out and contact you within 1-3 weeks; it does help to follow up or ask when you would get an update. When they call back to offer you the position you are asked about salary requirements and schedule a start date.

Consider the average salary for your position, your current salary and years of experience. Hiring managers have a set limit as to how much they can offer, so if you've showed them that they will benefit from hiring you then your negotiating power allows you to ask for the higher end of their salary limits.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
