Pretty quick and easy. Called me for a phone interview then asked I come in for an interview. Interviewed with 4 managers. Answered an email based scenario question 2 days later and had a job offer the next week.

Very organized, swift interview process. Short and sweet. Direct call from company recruiter, screening call. Invitation to in person interview, provided the agenda. Met with 3 people, each 1 on 1. Behavioral and technical based questions. Response within 2 days.

Negotiation Details
My experience and what I've heard from others at INC, the negotiation process (post-interview) @ INC is hit or miss. They are frugal for the most part and will largely lowball, but make it sound exceptional. Do your job market research, know your skill level and expertise, and know your worth first before accepting INC's offer. They want you to negotiate.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

I completed a pre-screening survey for the recruiter first. During the phone interview, interviewer introduced the company and explained their upcoming development. Asked me general questions about my background: tell me about yourself; therapeutic experiences; if I have experience as a CRA lead.

I was contacted by phone by a recruiter and answered a few questions about my resume; mostly, I was asked to provide additional details regarding the specific therapeutic area in which I had applied. About 2 weeks later I traveled from Mid-Atlantic to TX for an interview with senior level team members for the therapeutic area. The f2f consisted of 3 individual interview with an executive, VP, and director followed by a brief presentation regarding application of project management skills during heavy work-load/assignments - essentially for the team to get a feel for your understanding of how the industry works for those on the ground level of clinical trials and how you convey information in public.

Comfortable. A few standard behavioral questions ("can you name a time when...."), but each member of the panel put their own spin based on their current role within the organization.

I applied online
I was contacted by recruiter with in 3 days.
A phone interview with the recruiter was basic. She set up the phone interview with the PM.
Interview with the PM by phone for 2 hrs.
Scheduled a face to face panell interview with 3 PMs and 2 Sr CRAs.
Offered position on the spot.
Formal offer with salary was emailed within 5 business days.
Started in 10 days!

The people all seemed intelligent and professional, but the interview process was badly managed and unorganized. I was given a test, told I aced the test, told I was being recommended for the job, asked when I could start, and then......... nothing. Never heard anything more. It seemed very, very odd.
