The process took 1 dayinterviewed at ING in February 2011.


Stage1 Within one month after the application, you will receive an email to ask you to complete a Numerical Reasoning test, Verbal Reasoning test and Situational Judgement questionnaire. They are not very difficult but very time-consuming. Then after that, if you pass the tests, you will be asked to complete another personalty which is also quite time-consuming. Stage 2 You will have a 1:1 interview with the HR professional which is a competency-based interviews. Stage 3 Outward bound selection. I stopped my application here as I do not want to go to the outward bound.
