Interview Details – Stage1
Within one month after the application, you will receive an email to ask you to complete a Numerical Reasoning test, Verbal Reasoning test and Situational Judgement questionnaire. They are not very difficult but very time-consuming. Then after that, if you pass the tests, you will be asked to complete another personalty which is also quite time-consuming.
You will have a 1:1 interview with the HR professional which is a competency-based interviews.
Outward bound selection. I stopped my application here as I do not want to go to the outward bound.
