Interview Details – Being an internal candidate, I knew who I would be interviewing with. Unfortunately, it seemed like they were just going thru the motions because they already had picked out who would be getting the job. Instead of giving false hope to people looking to move within the company, just give the promotion to the person you have already decided on.
