Interviewed Sep 2010 in Amsterdam (Netherlands) (took a day)
Interviewed with department Managing Director. The interview process is mainly revolves about slowly going through your resume and explain what you did in every position /school /extracurricular. After this they asked me about my knowledge on the industry. Before the interview I would suggest to definitely read up on some industry trends for the position you're applying for and be prepared to talk in depth about all your previous experience.
