I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at INVISTA in February 2011.
Interview Details – First run, I met with HR recruiter, a young lady, asked some education backgroud, and working experience, then she asked the behavioral questions - Tell me a situation if you did someting wrong and how did you handle it ? it is not diffucult.
Second run, i met with line manager, FPA manager and her peer, FPA manager asked 1. a lot of detail technical skills, such as system, excel skill, analysis skills and 2.also behavioral skills, have you been angry about someting in your previous work? 3. ask some communication skills, how to push sales director for some urgent data/report
the second run took 1.5 hours, and the company culuture seems quite easy.
Negotiation Details – leave it to the consultant, just tell the consultant your expectation
