my hiring was very subjective and it was never a technoicl intrview, just saw the resume and wanted me there. everythign else was a sham.

negotiate hard and if not upto your levels, decline. they load full of money and can offer you if they want you. but Dont join this company

Interviewed Jun 2009 in New Delhi (India) (took 2 weeks)
They started with telephonic round, it was pretty good and taken by one of senior members in team.
Since I am from Java/J2EE background, most of the questions were related with Core java, collections , threading and database perfomance.
Second round was again a telephonic round with project manager mostly technical in nature.

No you can't negotiate for salary in ION.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
