I applied in-person and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at IPC International in November 2009.

Interview Details – pre-application taken home and filled in. Director then determines if you are acceotable for full application process which must be filled out in their office (wants to make sure YOU can read and write english). then an interview may be granted, at the interview process, you will probably need to authorize a full background check, records check too. You will need grade point averages and transcripts from all your schools since grade school (if possible) military records will also be requested at this time. If you pass this part, then you get placed into an interview again pool. After the next interview you may be offered employment

Interview Question – I do not recall anything unexpected, but proof of grade school and high school and trade school transcripts a bit over the edge for someone with 35 plus years work experiance. This was waived for older schooling as schools no longer existed.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – negotiation was mostly number of hours per week as pay per hour mostly set by job site. I applied at site 1, and was eventually working 3 sites in the area

Security Supervisor Interview

Security Supervisor

The process took a day - interviewed at IPC International in May 2011.

Interview Details – The interview consists of a panel. Two or three people sit at a table and ask you questions. They are very open and inviting. At first they may seem intimidating because they are in uniform and seem very official, but they are actually very friendly and try to make the interviewee very comfortable. With the questions, most of them are very general with a curve ball mixed in there every once in a while the throw you off.

Interview Question – How would you describe your work ethic?   View Answer
