The process took a dayinterviewed at IPC International in May 2011.

    Interview Details

The interview consists of a panel. Two or three people sit at a table and ask you questions. They are very open and inviting. At first they may seem intimidating because they are in uniform and seem very official, but they are actually very friendly and try to make the interviewee very comfortable. With the questions, most of them are very general with a curve ball mixed in there every once in a while the throw you off.
