There essentially is no interview. If you are called in, you are hired. The "interview" consists of filling out paperwork such as W-2, commission application, etc., including an application. They hired me from a resume and never bothered looking at the application. I was hired "before" the application was filled out. They will hire anyone just to get the body on a post.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation. You are promised a raise after 3 months which never happens. Everyone is told that. If you don't have training, they will provide a mock-training by giving you a booklet and an exam for you to answer the questions in as you read.
