They first contacted me for a phone interview. I spoke with two managers about the position. It was mostly simple, behavioral questions. They described some projects I would be working on and asked if I had the knowledge to work on them and how I would approach them. About two weeks later I was contacted for an in-person interview where I spoke to the same two people for about 20-30 minutes. They were friendly and asked some more similar questions, and then I asked them a couple questions at the end.

First had a phone interview and then came in for an in-house interview. Phone interview was relaxed. In-house interview- met with the two members of the accounting team- some behavioral questions and one accounting question.

I interviewed with two people for an internship position. It was fairly a behavioral interview with questions such as "How did you handle a conflict situation?" " What did you get out of that experience?" "Give me an incident when you made a mistake and how did you handle it?" what would you do if....
Then they gave me the opportunity to ask them questions regarding the job and or the company. It was a rather pleasant experience and the interviewees were extremely personable and easy going.
