Interviewed Oct 2010 (took a day)
The entire process was very professional from the phone screening to the in person interview conducted at the home office. I met with several key staff members from various functional areas including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology. It was a very educational and informative interview which included one on one time with HR and Senior Executives. The culture was very collaborative and friendly. It appeared to be a good place to work.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The benefits were not up to par and the salary offer was not compelling enough to switch companies in this economy.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Presentation.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 1 week)
I was contacted over the phone with a brief introduction of the company. Since my experience matched their requirements and I expressed interest in knowing further about the organization I was quickly invited to a follow up, forgive redundancy, online-web interview, my first experience on the receiving end of such style in interviewing. Preparation was as if I was in their office, my background was solid color and area quite and well lit. Interviewer was extremely considerate and personable. I was drawn in almost instantly. It was basically a conversation. The organization is a southern based one - Atlanta, Ga., friendly attitude and pleasant to deal with in general.
Once a decision was rendered I was contacted again via phone and invited to visit their offices in Atlanta. I was flown in and set up in a very elegant location. It was a sign of how the company invests in its, potential hires, people and therefore effectively reflecting that upon their clients.
The onsite interview took place the following day of arriving and conducted during the course of an entire day. You will be going through the many phases of interviewing with several individuals from all departments and at time be in front of a panel of senior staff members.
This organization is definitively a home-grown environment. Being capable is a requirement, but having what it takes to be a proper fit into the culture is an integral part. Be prepared. Do your homework! Know your resume.

Negotiation Details
This process did transpire over a couple of days. Mostly due to what I was looking for than what they were offering. The actual negotiation was quick, I suggest you know what you are really looking to earn and determine what might be fare. I was honestly surprised and relieved to see that decision was made instantly. I've had the experience of "haggling" in other occasion in past interviews with other organizations just to realize the bureaucracy to come. Not in this company. Matters are dealt with swiftly and taken action upon instantly.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
IST was great during their recruitment process. They flew me out to Atlanta to interview with 7 people on the executive staff including their CEO, Hal Blackman. I was offered a position immediately, but when I was still uncertain about accepting, they gave me phone numbers of people already working with IST who could give me an honest opinion. I reached out to those men and women and decided to take the position.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Terrific, met a few people and received a job offer once approved. It was a positive experience, I understood what the job was about. Everyone seemed very happy, friendly, professional, and welcoming. Family like aymoshpere. They were honest about the work and the benefits I could expect to recieve. I was nervous at first, but then made to feel at home.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 days)
For me it was a very quick process. I saw job posting, applied, within days I was contacted by the VP of HR for a phone interview. That was followed up by a web interview. I was then selected to fly to the corporate headquarters and interviewed with the senior and executive staff. Very thorough process. It seemed that I was also being evaluated on how well I fit in with their culture. Very easy for me since I have been in the industry for years and did not have to embellish any part of my experience or personality. Was offered a job that day. Even before the offer, I had a good time during the multiple person interview process.

Be honest on what you want and take that stance. If you don't get what you want, consider your alternatives. Many ways to make bonus money with IST so take that into consideration.
Other Details

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Process began with a cold call from recruiting to discuss general experience and interest in current opportunity. Following Sunday, company flew me to HQ in Atlanta and put me up for the night in a hotel with all expenses paid. The next day started with a visit to a local client and overview of scope of work, technology and people systems. Lunch with recruiter followed by one on one interviews with each of the executive management team. Team scorecards you prior to your one on one interview with the CEO. If the feedback is favorable and the CEO concurs, an offer is made the same day. Drug screen and background completed within one week and training begins. Very good use of time and effective for understanding the overall solution as well as familiarizing yourself with the Sr Mgmt team and their respective roles/responsibilities within the company.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
IST flew me out to their corporate office in Atlanta for a face-to-face interview following a web camera interview. We first went on a site tour of one of their clients. Then I was taken to their office where I completed three psychological tests. I then went on a series of five separate interviews. I met with all the VPs, the CEO, and the new hires. They asked a lot of very difficult questions, mostly about providing details about every single thing on my resume. It was a very long, drawn-out day and I was exhausted at the end. I walked out of there wanting the job less than when I arrived.
