Got placed here through my B- School (JBIMS). 1st round was a group discussion based on a case study provided by the company. This was followed by a 2 round interview process. Mainly revolved around what was on the CV, past experience projects etc.. Lot of emphasis on learnings from past expereices, understanding of the projects worked on and future inclination

Process at IIT's : First round is a Group Discussion and the second round is an interview. Once the guy clears the two rounds a business head then takes a small interview where the final decision to hire or not hire is taken. However, during lateral hiring initially the screening round is carried out at any of the factories. Post which the candidate is send to Head office for further discussions.
