I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Raleigh, NC (took 4 days)
Initial phone screen by hiring manager and two senior level engineers. Phone screen covered basic competency skills in Java, data modeling, web development, and software design. On site interview was performed by a team of 4 engineers - more depth on Java EE skills, data modeling, design, development methodology and commitment to quality.

Negotiation Details
Fair offer, no negotiation. Was able to negotiate coverage of health care costs during mandatory 3 month probationary period.
