I am selected through a campus recruitment process and they visited our campus ..
first of all they conducted a written test conducted by metricsolution which include 3 sections and those are aptitude , logical reasoning and verbal ability. after that they conducted a Group Discussion. After that is a PI round which include both technical and HR together. And is a easy one and test only your confidence to answer questions . they basically ask questions from basic C and Cpp.

Initially there was an PPt of the company then Written round it will be easy we can do it then Group Discussion will be arranged and we will be given some topic we need to be good at language and presenting skills then at last technical cum HR Round which will be for 30 mins.
At last the the results will be announced.

Written test consisted of aptitude with quants, english and reasoning questions followed by a group discussion with a group of around 10-12 candidates. More than half were eliminated in the GD. Interview was cool as they were impressed with my CGPA and past records. There were 3 interviewrs, one asked about my hobbies, background, strength weaknesses, why ITC. Then the tech guy asked from the resume about HTML, C#.Net etc.

absolutely bad... the standard of the interview was very bad and its like the interviewer has only bookish knowledge... no common sense in the interview panel

HR Has taken intial communication and personality round and then set up a meeting with Head / Manager who has taken for about an hour or more. Then next day evening actual project clients from US has taken interview for a specific project. The client has interviewd more on the technical skills and Experience. They also asked questions on test tools and knowledge.
