It was very informal from the beginning, and from the very first second i was comfortable. Questions were mainly asked from the CV which I presented. Tips to other candidates would be that be prepared about everything what you are putting in your CV.

the candidates were shortlisted on the basis of cgpa. a good cgpa was given weightage. the company also lays stress on strong extra academic and co-curricular activities, to gauge the team work and leadership qualities of the candidate. then the candidates were further shortlisted on the basis of a group discussion performance. finally they were invited for two round of interviews: 1 panel HR interview, and second a 1 on 1 interview with one of the company heads, to check your fit with the organization.

I applied thru a Headhunter and send in my resume. Got a call in a week and scheduled for a phone interview. After two rounds of phone interview, I was told that they offered the position as they were interested in me.
