In person meeting, followed by personality and IQ test, followed by Hr Interview and lastly telephonic round.Very simple recruitment process and simple aptitude questions were there and I think one with good analytical mind and strong in aptitude can easily score more than 85% and average students can also easily score somewhere between 60 and 70%.Over all I think the cutoff for aptitude should be 65%.So basic understanding of mathematics and verbal ability would do the job for you.

ITC Tobacco visited our campus for recruitment on 18th July 2013. The first round was written test which consisted of 50 questions, all of which were technical (questions from control systems, machines, measurements, network theory etc.). Shortlisted candidates were called upon for interview at ITC Tobacco production facility, which is in outskirts of Bangalore. The interview process consisted of 2 rounds - A technical interview (conducted by a panel comprising of a Tech expert and a HR guy) and a HR interview. Most of the questions asked were on DC/AC machines and circuit breakers which were pretty straightforward. HR interview went smooth as well.

    Reasons for Declining

One reason being, the profile offered to me was Maintenance/Quality Control. I was more interested in working on design and development. The second reason being, job postings outside Bangalore at remote locations of Bihar, UP etc. which I wasn't comfortable with. And lastly I had an issue with the smell of processed tobacco leaves at the industry, which was making me feel dizzy (because I'm a non smoker). I had to decline their offer due to the above reasons.
