    Went through employee referral. Then Phone screen with HR. Three onsite rounds and then a take home exercise which you need to complete and submit back in 2-3 days. The interviews were normal behavioral questions and how you would react to a particular situation as a PM.

    • Behavioural questions, questions on past projects. Once you clear those, you get a exercise where you have to write the requirement specifications for a particular problem. That is the last part of the interview process.   Answer Question

    HR schedule the interview, after the first technical round by the manager, another technical round by the lead developer from the main headquarter office. Mostly the second round was the deciding one if will be mostly easy if you are an experienced professional in software development, with knowledge on software design process and taking architectural decisions. They go in very deep of the technology you write in the resume mostly the questions are related in the resume.
