For management positions, negotiating leeway is far more restrictive than in non-crown companies. At ICBC, HR rules with a strong hand in hiring evolutions.
Interview Question – What was the most sensitive bargaining unit situation you resolved in your work experience? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Fairly trivial. I simply stated that their opening offer was not workable, and to what level they had to meet. Within a week, they met it. On my side was the fact that they were looking to fill this position for over a year.
