the interview orks pretty well. The manager asked me several questions about my education background and leadership experience and went down my resume. Luckily I prepared very well and my answers satisfied him

asked me mostly about my background, studies, why I chose to study what i do - asked me about past experiences, mostly behavioural type. but since its an internship and i'm still in college, not too many details such as "tell me about a time..." more like, asking me to talk about myself

it's a long process. you have to wait for the results because of the long waiting time from HR department. The interview is very easy, containing few technical questions and mostly about personal experiences, behavioral questions, etc. The interviewers were nice and patient. The result was good at the end of the day.

I met an employee in the company. I talked to her about my career aspirations. Then I went for an interview with the managing director. After that, I got an internship position with ICBC.
