I can't guarantee you meeting any sales targets at this moment. I need to understand the current business environment. I don't think any "Hot shot" sales rep. can honestly guarantee meeting sales target before joining the position and evaluating the account situation. If anyone can, I would question their integrity in the interview and question what data they are basing that answer on.
