Though it may be broken, never forget to ask if she does have the receipt. You want to make sure she had purchased the perfume in your store and not anywhere else. If she doesn't have the receipt, I would be happy to give her store credit or just exchange the perfume. I'm sure the smile on her face will make you happy and that you're the one who did it.
