This is very subjective after 10 years you know a lot of people and most will say good things but you never know so I asked the Manager I had known the longest what would you say about me because your opinion is valued to me. He answered but I don't think he liked me doing that because it put him in a spot he was tiring to put me in but I did it friendly and politely.
