FIRSTLY I WILL GIVE HIM A SEAT,AND OFFER WATER THEN I WILL LISTEN HIS PROBLEM CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTANDING IN BETWEEN THE LINES I WILL ANSWER HIM.IF IT WAS PROBLEM FROM OUR END I WILL ADMIT IT AS A COMPLAINT AND I WILL SOLVE IT AND THAT COMPLAINT I WILL SENT TO MY HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT TO HANDLE IT AND TO MAKE A PERMANANT SOLUTION OF IT.
