Interviews took place in the NA HQ in White Plains for a job in White Plains. One interview with HR person which was very challenging, he new a lot about technology, more than any other I have come across in the HR field. I passed that interview with flying colors and I thought I had hit a home run. The interview with the guys who were to be my direct reports the CIO and CFO left me at a loss. These guys were tight, no sense of humor, no responses to my comments, like I was there to answer there questions, be told I was "No Good" and leave like a good little boy. It was one of the worst interviews I had in my career. Well I told them that and left. The location and offices look beautiful, the interview made me feel like the company is a Nazi death camp. The company is in a lot of financial debt right now and they are looking to use anything they can to either scapegoat people, pass blame, or use IT tools to provide a reason for there failure to manage. Poor people that work there. I regret there state in life.
