Head hunter contacted me out of nowhere.
On-site interview including a skill test. Skill test is extremely easy: high school calculus, simple derivative/numerical methods knowledge...
A week later, 2/1 phone interview with upper management. Motivation questions/resume questions/B&S formula. Again, very easy.
Was offered the job a week later.

Only job offered at that time, no leverage to negotiate.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.
