Interviewed Apr 2010 in Sarnia, ON (Canada) (took a day)
The interview consisted of a 45 minute presentation followed by 4 one-hour interviews with Engineering and Science department heads. It was followed by a short discussion with an HR representative (not actually part of the interview, just talk of benefits, etc). The department heads ask lots of behavioural questions taken from list of standard questions provided by corporate headquarters. A younger employee gives a very brief, quite insufficient tour, and is around to ask questions about Imperial Oil.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
Sending engrs with limited social skills + zero HR skills to conduct behavioural interviews = No added value.
Bonus negative: interpreting applicant's pride in having diverse experience as insult to interviewer's single company, single industry experience.
Needless to say, did not hold breath for call back.
Interview consisted of numerous behavioural style questions (eg give me an example of when you were in a situation of X, then Y occurred. What was your role, how did you respond, what was the result, etc.), followed with interviewer asking for redundant info after you already supplied answers including such, etc, etc, etc.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Vancouver, BC (Canada) (took 1+ week)
The interview was behavioral in nature . It consisted of situational questions . You must be knowing your past experiences and be able to explain them clearly in relation to the question asked . Make sure you use the STAR approach i.e Situation Task Action Result. The questions are general in nature and make sure that you do enough practice before applying.
