Interviewed Nov 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 4 weeks)
It was started in friendly environment, first little introduction along with educational background and after that field experience last but not least personal traits. I did well in all the sections but in personal traits section I think I was not on up to the mark. Some questions were pretty situatonal and you can't find them in books or interview skills literature. Few questions were also related to organization itself and its policy towards environment like climate change and carbon footprint.
