Application

Interview

Only one stage interview process for a summer student. Received an email to schedule an interview on campus. The interview was one hour long (1:1). He was really nice and casual. Started off with introduction and the basic questions about being able to work in Canada without restrictions, how long are you able to work, etc. Then jumped into behavioral-based questions for about 40 minutes. Answer in STAR(situation-task-action-result) format because he wants you to give specific details. At the end, you can ask questions about the company or anything you have in mind.

Interview Questions

  • - writing achievements -write non technical document for non technical audience -accomplishments -adapt to a change -conflict -what are you most satisfied/dissatisfied with -describe a presentation you had to do -many questions   Answer Question
