Interview Details – Filled out an online form and got a call for a face to face interview 3 or 4 days later. Was told to that they would be interviewing more people, so they would call me the next week to tell me whether or not I got the job. I haven't received a call yet.
Interview Question – Pretty straight forward for the most part. Most of the questions were personal questions, so they were pretty easy. Answer Question

Interview Details – The interview was really laid back. Stay positive and smile a lot. Dressed in business attire.

Interview Details – The interview process was simple and was casual. They sat me outside and asked me a few questions about school and my hobbies. The questions consisted of me telling a story of how I displayed great leadership and teamwork. Overall, it was an easy interview.
Interview Question – What are three good qualities and three bad qualities about yourself that people say about you? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There are no negotiation. You will start at $10 an hour.

Interview Details –
In n Out was opening a new franchise in town and there was a flyer distribution for job openings at the new location.
There was hundreds of candidates lined up for the open interviews, which was a two day selection.
The wait was about an hour for an interview which was a group of 4 interview. The interviewer seemed to not want to be there and therefore asked two questions each before calling over the next group.
Interview Question – Tell me of a time or experience when you had to achieve over an obstacle? Answer Question

Interview Details – I applied online and within 2 days I got a call from the manager asking if I was still interested and we set up an interview for 3 days later. It's time for the interview and I get there 30 mins. Early and end up having my interview earlier than expected by 2 of the 3 store managers. They were very friendly and asked me simple questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work at in n out, why do you think you are right for the job... Overall an easy layed back interview and they explained what the job duties were and told me they would be calling me in a few days...about 4 days went by and I got the call with a job offer that I accepted. :)
Interview Question – None of the questions were unexpected but my least favorite was describing a time I had to deal with an I-rate customer. Answer Question

Interview Details – I went in for a casual interview during the afternoon, not during peak hours. It was short, one-on-one, and pretty easy. Very few questions.

Interview Details – They called me within four days of applying online. The process was very easy all I had to do was show up on the days In N Out wasn't as busy. I came to my interview on a Tuesday and was interviewed by the shift manager. We went to sit outside on the tables and she asked basic questions and more questions about me. She was very nice and was trying to get to know me. I got called for a second interview with the store manager and the process was just as easy. I got hired on the spot :)
Interview Question – Every question was very easy. One question was tell me five words to describe yourself so if your not good at talking about yourself this might be difficult. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Salary is above minimum wage so it was set.

Interview Details – Applied online received a call within a week to set up and interview. Although i had to go to three interviews, all three interviewers asked me the same questions making it rather easy.
