Production Support Specialist Interview Oklahoma City, OK

In the interview for this specific job there is often a

  technical troubleshooting test with a live computer. I found this difficult because of the lack of instruction provided by the interviewer. I didn't feel comfortable opening the case of a computer without permission. However this is what is expected.

Troubleshoot the computer as you would any computer, be verbal and tell them what you are doing as you do it and, why. Like you are taking notes for a work log on.
