Interview Question for Insurance Sales at Sentry Insurance:

I vaguely remember my answer...it was something on the lines of 'having my territory changes due to "logistic reasons" and I did not give my input on how I would have preferred my transition go regarding deals in my pipeline. I went to my Director who gave me time to close out those deals however it was not verbalized that the new rep in that area needed to back off the prospects that I had in my pipe forcasted for an upcoming closing. In addition to the rep knowing this per the director, I should have printed out my pipeling and stuck one to the reps windshield, briefcase, and cubical so that he'd remember to stay out of my territory. This painfully boring interviewer did not find that funny. It's whatever though. At least I'm happy at my job.
