I applied online and the process took 6 weeks - interviewed at Indian Air Force in January 2009.

Interview Details – General knowledge and English forms the first screen level followed by Trade aptitude and Medical check up. On clearing these two test its time to get a good position in the All India Merit list and wait for your call letter

I applied through other source and the process took 6 days - interviewed at Indian Air Force.

Interview Details – I was called for a written test for four days after that I was interviewed by an officer. Written test was for cancelling the member for next exam. But was enjoyable. Subjects English, Maths, GK, IQ.
