Interview Details – The hiring process has rounds like written test, screening( in which random words would be flashed on a screen each lasting for 30 sec and you got to frame a sentence using it. they basically test how optimistic you are), GD, personal interview- this is one of the most exciting interviews, the jury is the best. their first motto is to find how honest you are and how realistic is your passion. they test your spontaneity by giving hypothetical situations. then comes obstacle course. then medical.
Interview Question – there are no difficult ques until you are being yourself and you know the current affairs well. the situation ques becomes a task as it doesn't have a definite answer. Answer Question

Interview Details – Applied for technical officer. Got shortlisted to appear for Service Selection Board(SSB). The SSB basically consist of various examinations which evaluate your psychology,wether your are a capable candidate to be a leader or not, and your decision making ability. A high ranking officer(of level of colonel) takes your interview in a very formal and military environment.

Interview Details –
All in officer cadre have to start as lieutenant. There are mainly tow types of entry process.
- Graduate Entry. After obtaining graduate degree in any subject, one is eligible to apply. After clearing UPSC exams and Service Selection Board tests, exhaustive training is undergone at IMA Dehradun or OTA, Chennai. On successful completion of the training, the cadets are commissioned in the army as officers. Engineering degree holders are exempted from UPSC tests.
- NDA Entry. Plus Two is the basic qualification. After UPSC and SSB tests, the selected are trained at NDA for three years in academic subjects and military matters( a degree provided by JNU on completion of training here) and one year specialized training at IMA Dehradun.

Interview Details – This is the best interview process i have come across. Interview is conducted for 5 days and every individual is checked on certain parameters. Interview is divided into 3 major parts. Ground test, Psychological test and Personal Interview.

Interview Details –
Preliminary selection of candidates through SSB...mine through off campus drive.
Then a 5 day procedure for SSB which includes Psychological tests,Physical tests and Interviews.I qualified for the SSB to be conducted in Dec'12.
For SSB under UES scheme(only for Pre-final year candidates of B.Tech.)-
First,a G.D. round followed by a PI.
Interview Question –
In GD, a topic was given with only 5 min. among 15 members.For G.D.,speak less n think more is the rule.Grab the opportunity at right time.Communication in English is an added advantage.
For PI, they ask basic info,aim in life,technical n general awareness ques.
