At first, the company represent ask me some questions about my impression of the company. The he ask me why would a software engineering major student want to join this bank company. And I talked about some personal feelings about how I favorite this company, and such a large, well social benefit company would provide better heath care and regular work hours.

there is only one round of interview. There were 4 interviewers, one is the top boss of the software developemnt center, one is a manager form a development division and one is the head of the human resource deparment. The last one is to test english ability. There are some tech question and several behavior questions.
