Very nice people in the Strategic Planning department. 2 interviews. First one is about background, finance and simple Technical Questions. Second one is 2 case studies. Analyzing, fast thinking and quantitative competencies are very important. All in all, they have pretty high requirements.

I was contacted by phone after I applied for a job online.
Another phone call with some questions related to what they need took place 1 day after and 1:1 interview with a engineer from the company was help after 1 week.
After 1 week they send me and offert which I refused.

I had a telephonic interview with the employer. The senior manager of the department interviewed.
The course of the interview was basically technical focusing on power electronics and basics of electronic circuits.
The interview lasted for about an hour.
There is an excellent work culture. Everything and everyone are always on routine spec. The atmosphere there are conducive to learn more from your work.
