Interviewed Mar 2012 in Birmingham, AL (took 2 days)
First it there was skills test which last about 40min.They hire in groups i was told. About 15 people for the typing test. You get three tries. You dont really know if you did good or not .I got a call to fill out another online application and then they called back a day later. And requested an official interview.
Iast about 1hour and half. Two managers and a long list of questions. they really explained the position. and let me sit w/someon for about 15 min and listen to calls .

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 6 weeks)
Initially, only contact was from HR via e-mail, requesting that I take a test. I had heard about testing for the organization, but was surprised that I had no conversation with even HR prior to taking test. Even after test, HR made no contact to let me know if exam results were acceptable or even recorded. I did follow up and discovered that I did pass the minimum requirements and was then interviewed by HR, followed by the hiring manager. The process after the test was normal, but I found the initial contact from the company a slight turnoff. Just be prepared for a few tests.
