Interviewed Oct 2011 in Akron, OH (took a day)
I first had to sit in the waiting room with 3 other candidates and fill out an additional application. I then was instructed to go through a door and go to the 3rd floor. I met with some random guy who was "filling in" for the HR department that day. He asked me the typical interview questions, in which I thought I answered in an appropriate manner. He thanked me for coming in and three days later I recieved my decline letter, which I appreciated.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Akron, OH (took 1 week)
I had applied for a different position, but was called in for this position. I was told they would send me a job description by the end of the week and set up an interview with the hiring manager for the following week. I was also told basically that I was what they were looking for. i called twice and left messages and finally the HR person called me back to tell me that they decided to move forward with other candidates. The pay and benefits seemed too good to be true and were. She said if anything changes she will call me back. Not very nice to mislead someone desperate for a job.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I first applied online, then received an email to call a phone number for a phone interview. I called and the person interviewing me might as well have been a robot. She was rude, bland and unprofessional. I could not ask any questions because she made it clear she was to ask the questions. Apparently my answers were satisfactory because I was then offered an in-person interview.
The in-person interview was pretty typical and went fine. I knew I had done well and pretty much had the job, and was told a background check would be done, and I'd hear back within a few days. Well, a few days later, I gave a courtesy call to my interviewer, left a voicemail, and heard nothing. Repeat this process for the next TWO weeks. I needed to know whether I was officially being offered a position because this is the job I wanted but I had been offered another one in the meantime and had to give them an answer! Long story short, I had in fact been hired, but nobody bothered to call and tell me in spite of my numerous follow up phone calls- and found out literally 3 days before I was to start. That was annoying.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Dayton, OH (took 5 days)
Interview went great. Upon arriving at the location, I felt uncomfortable with the way things were handled. They are a VERY conservative company, they do not tell you what not to wear to the interview during the phone interview. You do the actual application before your on site interview, which tells you everything you should have known before arriving. They interview many people a day. The management seems nice, but that is about all. After the interview, I decided it was not right for me, then about 4 days later I receive a letter stating the position was filled. I would have declined the offer if I had received one. This would be more suitable for an older person looking for part time work, or someone who has been unemployed and needs something quick. I would not leave a permanent job, if you have one, to work here.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Dayton, OH (took a day)
Applied online through job site. Later received call inviting me to come to their offices and fill out an application and sit down for a face-to-face interview.
Went there, filled out application and related paperwork, spoke with a recruiter who asked me which of their call centers I was interested in working for (there are 4 separate ones in Dayton). Described my related experience, skills and the recruiter described the job and the company fairly well. I then was asked to read from a sample of call scripting, probably in order to gauge my ability to read an unfamiliar piece of text clearly and correctly.
Received a call offering me the position a short time later, which I accepted.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in New Castle, PA (took a day)
I took a very easy computer test that basically consisted of me copying and pasting words on a document. When I finished, I waited for someone else to come out of there interview. I was ushered in and asked questions about my experience with customer service. (I didn't have any, this was my first job) I also had to read a script so she could hear my speaking voice when I read. She gave me a schedule and told me to come in on Monday.
