Fairly straight forward as a BD interview with questions about previous jobs, why I am applying, role play to sell something to my potential manager. The first stage was a typical screening interview with the associate director of sales. Then there was a face to face with sales director and assoc. sales director and HR manager.

    Negotiation

The negotiation phase was straight forward and it seems there is some flexibility in salary. But try to go for alternatives such as working times and holidays.
