Assistant Engineer Interview

Assistant Engineer
Bangalore (India)

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at Infosys in March 2010.

Interview Details – Hiring and interview process are flawless and well managed. A new joinee is floored by the kind of reception and facilities he/she gets. One of the best infrastructures in India and plenty of opportunities for a new joiner to learn and have fun. Freshers have good opportunities to ease into projects and corporate life.

Interview Question – How will you add value to Infosys when you are a fresher?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation. Entry level interview.

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Infosys in September 2010.

Interview Details – I applied for a junior level role several years back. Responded to an advertisement and then went through the process: IQ test, phone interview, group interview, presentation discussion, etc. There was nothing remarkable about the interview. In fact, the group interview was not great: did not have much confidence in the interviewer capability.

Interview Question – Nothing specific. Was asked to present on a topic (given enough notice). Guess, they were testing my presentation ability   Answer Question
