The work culture is nice and with lot of good people around you'll always find a thing or two to learn from almost everyone. Infosys is a large execution machine and nothing matters more than on time and quality deliverables. Coming to the benefits part - it's lower than market standard but then Infosys never declared as a top rated payer.” – Full Review
