Applied online through their web portal, received communication back from recruitment team within a month to come for walk in drive which they conducted on 7th Jan 2012.Had 2 levels of technical interview. First was taken by prospective peers and other one by practice head.
The interviewers were pleasent and looked that they really wanted to hire people and just not waste interviewee's time.

Interviewers didn't provide direction re their interests. There was 1 leader on the call to whom the others deferred. The call leader did most of the talking and his reports interjecting inane observations. It did not feel like a company that knew how to hire senior staff.

The interview was set up by someone, the tracking was done by someone else in HR . The interviewee was the first screen and all he had to ask was dive deep into one product area, which i worked on recently, which was not very relevant to the job. I tried to offer an overall pictur eof my experience, but he was just wanting me to focus on this one thing.

Interviewed Aug 2007 (took 2+ months)
I had an initial phone-screen consisting of basic experience questions, and what the driver was towards the company. A couple of weeks later, I was called to meet with 3 people (1 supervisor, 2 peers) in-person, and then after 4 weeks, had a final interview over the phone with the head of the functional unit organization.
