Very Supportive and very encouraging. Some technical questions were not answered by me.still based on my past experience they had offered a senior position and a nice salary to me.

Location problem as I could not change because of my kids.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.

1 on 1 interviews were back to back and case oriented. I met with 3 people for 1 hour sessions. Telephone interviews felt like they were trying to find a fit at that point, rather than should I be hired. Be thoughtful in answering questions.

I did not try to negotiate. I only had one offer and therfore did not want to lose it.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
