There was an apptitude test, followed by interview.
Inteview was just a formality, they hired 98% of ppl who cleared aptitude test

i had a pretty impressive extra curricular activities on my resume and my academics records were not bad either.
Interviewer asked me how you manged it, and I struggled a bit to reply that :P

And those who were shortlisted in the tech round had the HR interview on the same day. THe HR round was mostly abt negotiating salary and location preference

My hiring was through the campus recruitment.
After a written test for aptitude and Reasoning, there was a HR interview.
The selected candidates were given an offer to join the training at Mysore which in my case lasted 7 months. People who were not into Finacle unit had 5 months of training.

Interview Details –
A very smooth process for both Hiring and Interviews. One of my friend referred me for the job in Infosys. Interview was divided into 2 rounds where 1st round was technical where there were 2 senior employees had a good discussion about various technologies which were mentioned on my resume.
There were few out of box questions were also thrown which were intended to test my analytic skills.
2nd round was with HR where compensation was discussed. Whole process finished in less then an hour.
Interview Question – There was a situation thrown at me where there is a possible bug was introduced in a latest code check-in by me and I get to know about it a day before release of that code, which surly will bring down major functionality of client, will I tell this to my manager or not? Answer Question

Interview Details – The date of hiring is as mentioned in the offer letter. Once the aptitude is cleared , the candidate is called for an interview. It is only an HR round of about 15-20 mins and no Technical questions are asked.
Interview Question – NO difficult questions are asked and only the candidate has to be confident about the answers he gives. Answer Question

Interview Details – its good as they just dont see technical skills in a fresher. They give chance to engineers coming from non computer background and train them
