Recruitment was conducted for 3 days, i was gone through 2 written tests, one group discussion and two interviews.

I wanted to go for the higher studies. So i declined the offer.

1. It is a scheduled interview. HR pick up the resume from Job portal.
2. There are two technical team memebers on the panel(Later came to know they are archetects for the project).
3. The duration of technical round was around 1 hr,
4. After technical 2 other rounds with Delivery manager and Delivery Head(These are just formal rounds)

People were friendly in general. But Orientation was not good. I felt lost sometime. Work Culture is pathetic. Even the senior manager are treated like nobody here. They worship their seniors and do not have the guts to speak in front of them ,let alone against them

totally 4 rounds are there.
aptitude,group discussion,technical hr,hr
got through aptitude,attended gd some what manageable,but the very toughest part is getting through the technical hr round where the main filtering process is carried out and then at last reached the hr,there just conversed about my achievements and thats it got selected...

came for the interview on a weekend.The interview was little informal.But the interviewer was friendly.Went to the technical part of the interview pretty soon.The interview went on for couple hours.The interviewer wasn't expecting correct answers for every question but wants to understand the approach.
