I applied through other source. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Ingersoll Rand in April 2012.

Interview Details

Two screening phone interviews at the beginning with duration about one hour each (behavioural - getting to know behaviour of candidate in several situations, functional - knowledge about specific field)
and 1+1/2 day assesment - first day formal intruduction, dinner and business case assignment. Second day interview, group discussion, and business case presentation

  • Business case must be done during the night so most people spend entire night doing that. I had done it this way and the time was just enough   Answer Question

    easy 1:1 phone interview covering basic questions: why are you interested in our company, strength/weakness etc

    went to 2 days group interview, which was intense with powerpoint presentation, group solving problems, and more interviews.
