Ingram is a huge company, so the HR crew reviews resumes and screens candidates first. The recruiter in Nashville seemed pretty clueless about the job, asking routine questions. I was quickly referred to the hiring manager, who gave me a really good in-depth view of the company.

Not able to negotiate for much in terms of salary, vacation time, or bonus - these metrics are rigidly set by corporate governance.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test and a Drug Test.
